Trout fishing isn't the only thing that's hot right now. The Hybrids on the lake are schooling shad and feeding hard. Its an awesome experience. If you've never seen acres of a lake erupting with feeding hybrid bass then you're missing out. We are catching these fish on the surface and its a blast. This morning, I took Amy out for a couple of hours. It was a beautiful sunrise. A cool breeze was in the air. We checked a few spots only to see nothing but a few boats sitting around waiting on fish. We continued our search and finally came up on a big school. It didn't take long to have FISH ON!. It was a great time and I'm ready to get into some more of the action as it will only get better and better! If you want to get in on some of this action, I can hook you up! Oh that looks like a sweet time! Hybrid bass are massive fighters. These fish can just about pull you around in the boat. Sweet hybrid post.
