On Monday I took out my good client Shane and his friend Wes. We decided to make a little bit longer trek up to the Norfork because the water flow was more our speed for out goals for the day. It was an amazing the day even though the SWPA did not stick to the water plan. Shane had one goal. He wanted to catch a brown. He has been fishing for several years all over the country but the fish had eluded him. On our fish drift he caught one, and a nice one at that! The boys proceeded to hammer fish all day long. We pretty much had the river to ourselves except a few wade fisherman towards the end of the afternoon.
